From start to finish the team were friendly, dedicated and very professional. So much care in doing the job to the highest standard possible, and ensuring the care of my elderly parent. They made a really distressing situation so easy and calming, and whilst I would recommend this company, regardless of age of client, I cannot value them enough for the empathy shown in a condemned boiler predicament. The Infinity team replaced our old close to be condemned heating system in April. This was no easy job for them with a lot of issues caused by replacing an old system and piping network. Despite the hassle and extra work (and soaking) this caused them, no problem was too much and they were determined to get us having a full working heating system. They always turned up when they said they would and if delayed would send us a message. They were as tidy as they could be under the circumstances (we had indoor waterfalls due to issues with old pipework). We would recommend Infinity to everyone and our families now all use the team. You wouldn’t be disappointed. We couldn’t thank the Infinity team enough.
